Saint-Paul, is a village itself within Paris, with its old paved streets and numerous little cafées and restaurants, in the area…. You will find there antique shops, bric-a-brac, and crafts within small and narow streets or pedestrian areas. Saint-Paul is situated between Rue Saint Antoine and the Seine. The Saint Paul district offers a different atmosphere from the gay-friendly Marais. Ideally situated, Saint Paul is perfect for a short-term rental. being one of the liveliest “bobo” (bourgeois bohemian) districts. A stone’s throw from the famous Place des Vosges, Saint Paul looks like an extension of the Marais. As you walk around, you will come across lots of little shopping streets with fashion boutiques, trendy bars, and restaurants with a village feel. The very central Saint-Paul district puts you in the immediate vicinity of the Bastille district on one side and the massive Rue de Rivoli (one of the top 5 shopping streets in Paris) on the other side. To the south, the Quai des Célestins, with its old stones, is a pleasant place to walk. You can admire the beautiful mansions, which gave the district a more well-to-do feel. This transformation was the work of André Malraux and the “Quartier Sauvegardé” Act, which changed the neighborhood socially.
Being in the center of Paris, you’ll greatly appreciate the undeniable calm and style found here! The Saint-Paul district has it all! Saint-Paul is served by the Saint-Paul metro station, on line 1. You can also get there by bus. The area has all the local stores you might need. and if you are into “bio” green products, you should find what you need. You will particularly like the artisanal food stores.
This top luxury duplex apartment on the 4th floor of a walk up building from the 20th century, is equipped with security code and intercom at the entrance. Very safe.
The main entrance door will take you directly to the living room which is quite spacious, 28 SqMt and benefits of tow double glaze windows (very quiet) facing the street. It is equipped with a large dining table for 6 people, a comfortable couch bed for 2 along with a coffee table, cable TV, an i-station, armchair. The hard wooden floor which is covering the entire apartment gives a very warm/cozy atmosphere to the duplex, with the authentique wooden beams on the ceiling as an echo. The american kitchen adjacent to the living room has double glazed windows as well, and is facing a courtyard. It is equipped with an open top counter with 2 bar stools, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, tiled floor.
There are 2 bedrooms, the first one one with a double bed and the second one with 2 single beds, plus a couch bed (in the living room) for 2 if you have guest. The first bedroom, 12 SqMt downstairs has a double glazed window facing street . It is equipped with a european queen size bed (1.60m), chest of drawers and hard wood floor. The second bedroom, downstairs as well of 11 SqMt has a double glazed window facing street It is equipped with : 2 single beds, built-in shelves, desk, hard wood floor.

Overall, this apartment is one of our favorite for its location, level of equipment (you could cook like a chef in the kitchen) and tranquility!
